We loved everything about our stay at this hotel. The staff members were amazing and so nice, providing impeccable customer service. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, and our room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from our balcony and had fun participating in the various activities on the beach. The food and drinks were delicious and exceeded our expectations. We also appreciated the convenient parking and transportation services, making it easy for us to explore the city.

The hotel facilities were top-notch with spacious and well-equipped rooms, stunning views from the balcony, and a relaxing pool area. The breakfast had a good variety of tasty food and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location was also convenient for visiting the nearby island Isla Mujeres and participating in fun activities.

While we had a great experience overall, there was one small issue we encountered. It would be advisable for the hotel to work harder on keeping pests, specifically roaches, away.

The location was perfect, as it was located on the beach, offering us the opportunity to enjoy great activities on the beach.
