We loved the hotel's pools, especially the fantastic main pool. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions. The on-site restaurants, La Côte and Hakkasan, were exceptional, offering delicious food and a memorable dining experience. The customer service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff throughout our stay. Special mention goes to Marie, the cleaning lady at room 1166 Versailles, who went above and beyond to assist us, even helping with a wardrobe mishap. The bar at the lobby was also a standout, offering a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, along with excellent service from the servers.

I had a fantastic stay here. The staff was friendly, and the accommodations were wonderful. The hotel facilities were great, and I loved the special poolside service provided by Svetlana. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and parking. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

Hard to think of anything negative. It was truly a memorable stay.
