The hotel facilities were fantastic, with access to fun jumpers in the ocean and a free inflatable water park on the beach. The staff at the hotel and the bar on the beach were extremely helpful and polite. The location was perfect, right on the beach with a beautiful view of the island of Isla Mujeres. The hotel was also conveniently located near the ferry and other water activities. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options including a great Thai restaurant night and tasty sushi during the day. The breakfast buffet was also top-notch.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The beach was just a short walk away and the grounds were absolutely stunning. We loved the family atmosphere and the fact that it was more affordable compared to other hotels nearby. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the kids park which was perfect for our young ones. The Mexican night under the stars was a highlight of our trip - delicious food, beautiful decorations, and even live mariachis. The crystal-clear beach and proximity to the ferry station for Isla Mujeres made exploring the area a breeze. Plus, having a pharmacy right outside the hotel was incredibly convenient. The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I loved the convenient location of the hotel, as it was close to downtown. This made it easy for me to explore the city and participate in various activities. Additionally, the hotel facilities, including the clean pools and beautiful beach, were fantastic. The staff at the bar, especially Brenda, were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and provided a good variety of options. the hotel's cleanliness, convenient location, and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was lovely, especially Stephanie at the front desk who was super welcoming. The on-site restaurant, CielitoLindo, had incredible service, particularly from Andrea and El Commander. They made sure we had fun and always had a smile on their faces. The beach location was perfect, right by the ocean and next to the ferry terminal, making transportation easy. Additionally, the hotel facilities, including the snack bar and Aqua park, were enjoyable.
