We loved the cleanliness and variety of the complimentary breakfast. The staff was helpful, offering recommendations and answering all our questions. The location was perfect, with easy access to the tourist spots and a short walk to the main area of Condado.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful, even when the system was down. They made sure we were taken care of and provided a relaxing place to wait with the pool and lounge area. The hotel was always clean and orderly, and the location was perfect. It was very close to Old San Juan and a beautiful beach. Plus, the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. I also appreciated the cheaper parking and convenient transportation options in this city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and we were impressed with the hotel facilities. The pool was nice and provided a great place to relax. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, with different choices available each day. The staff was friendly, especially Johnny, who provided excellent customer service. We also appreciated the hotel's location in the middle of old San Juan, close to the convention center. This made it convenient for us to attend our work meetings, as there was a bus shuttle available for transportation.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - in the middle of EVERYTHING and couldn't have been better. It was a 10-minute walk to the main area of Condado and near the convention center activity. This helped me spend my time wisely exploring the city. The hotel facilities were great, with a gym and pool that my husband and son enjoyed. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the view was stunning. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, with delicious yogurt, nuts, and fruits. The staff, especially Jose at the front desk and Rosland, were extremely helpful and friendly. They allowed us to check in early since our flight arrived at 5am. In addition, there was a 24hr "little store" on-site where we could buy snacks and other necessities.

The staff was amazing, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Clean and spacious rooms that allowed us to relax and feel comfortable. Convenient location within walking distance of several good restaurants. The swimming pool was great and provided a refreshing escape.
