We had an amazing stay from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, including the outdoor play area and gated pools for our 3-year-old daughter. The location was convenient, with parking right outside our room. The staff was friendly, helpful, and even contacted us to check if we needed any assistance. The lamb shank dish we ordered was exceptional, and the chef did a fantastic job.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The privacy was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The secure parking and good security made me feel safe, especially at night. The convenient location, just a 5-minute drive from the central shops and restaurants, was a big plus. The room had all the advertised amenities and was clean and comfortable. I loved the large balcony and the peacefulness at night. The hotel facilities were great, and there were even amenities for families with smaller kids, like a water course with frogs clicking in the mornings.

The staff were friendly and helpful, from reception to room service. The rooms were clean and neat, with extremely comfortable bedding. The hotel had a child-friendly atmosphere, and our kids loved the jungle gym.

Not obvious to find.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and smelled clean, perfect for our comfort. The air conditioner worked effectively to keep us cool. We found the parking very convenient for our vehicle, with security patrolling the area for added peace of mind. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and our room was ready for us at 1.00pm as we had requested. The breakfast had a wide variety and was really good. The dinner portions were big and of good quality. We loved that the rooms were connected, making it ideal for families with kids. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, like when they didn't charge us for a salad we didn't enjoy and made sure it was prepared perfectly the next day, even delivering it to our room. It was a truly wonderful gesture that we appreciated.
