I had an amazing stay at this resort! The hotel facilities were exceptional, with a huge infinity pool overlooking the beautiful beach and ocean. The cleanliness of the resort was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, away from the bustling Tonsai Bay but still close enough to visit for some nightlife, restaurants, and shopping. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The transportation to and from the hotel was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding beaches and village.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The private villa upgrade was such a pleasant surprise! The facilities were top-notch and the beach was wide and beautiful, perfect for swimming. The staff were incredibly friendly and the rooms were clean. The swimming pool was large and never felt crowded, with plenty of beach beds and a fantastic pool bar. The breakfast buffet was huge and delicious. I was impressed by the attention to detail, with 4 bottles of drinking water provided daily and umbrellas on the verandahs. The highlight of my trip was the bamboo island tour, where they provided a delicious lunch, soft drinks, cut fruits, and even a surprise box of banana bread. The cherry on top was the mats for a perfect beach picnic. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had an incredible stay at this resort. The location in Tonsai Bay was perfect, away from everything else on the island, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel facilities were excellent, with beautiful huts, stunning swimming pools, and well-maintained walkways. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the staff promptly addressed any concerns, even providing mosquito repellent. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including delicious halal chicken options for Muslim guests. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and we were even picked up at the pier upon arrival.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The cleanliness was impeccable, with a lot of attention to detail. The hotel facilities were outstanding, including three restaurants, a coffee shop, and two spacious pools. The location was perfect, right next to a private beach where I could enjoy a dip in the sea or pool whenever I wanted. The staff were friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The pickup from the airport was seamless, with a car and speedboat taking us to the hotel. The staff members involved were informative and ensured our comfort. The beach was unique and offered access to stunning corals, and the hotel provided guidance on where to find them. The room facilities were clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The hotel staff, including the beach house attendant and the guest relations representative, were exceptional in their service.
