We loved the convenience of the hotel's location, right across the street from Shinagawa Train Station, making it very easy to explore both inner Tokyo and charming towns outside the city like Kamakura for day trips. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was impressive, and we appreciated the options available for parking and the stable Wi-Fi connection. The staff were also helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Right across the road from the railway station that will take you anywhere for pennies. Convenient transportation. Next to McDonald's - perfect for kids who crave familiar food. Clean and fancy hotel with helpful staff. Wide variety of nearby bars and restaurants for all tastes.
All was perfect.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was one of the best aspects as it is near Shibuya New South Gate and there are plenty of restaurants around. It is conveniently located, being just half an hour by train from the airport, with a direct train connection to Haneda airport. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. The staff were friendly, efficient, and attentive. Additionally, the breakfast spread was wide, offering a variety of delicious options.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with the shinkansen running via the nearby train station. The hotel was close to bars, cafes, and shopping malls, and there were even attractions like an iMax and water park in the building complex. I loved that there were beautiful parks and embankments just a short 10-minute walk away. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the cleaning staff did an amazing job. I never felt disturbed as they quickly cleaned up once I left the room. Another great feature was that the N tower and Annex tower rooms had windows that could be opened slightly, allowing fresh air to come in.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Tokyo. The location was perfect for me as it was very close to the major Shinagawa train station, making it extremely convenient for accessing various transportation options. Being right next to the station allowed me easy access to the JR line and Shinkansen, making it a breeze to reach Narita airport and explore rural areas. Besides, the hotel was situated in the vibrant Shinagawa area of the city, providing plenty of options for exploring and dining. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, which were well-maintained and met all my needs. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and they even provided fresh bottles of water in the rooms.
