The staff at this hotel was amazing, particularly Angel, who provided prompt and kind service as a new server. The manager, Christian, was also awesome and welcoming. The views from my room were stunning and the room itself was well-appointed. The transportation around the resort was a plus, as I never had to wait for a ride. The cleanliness of the property was exceptional, with even shoes being sanitized upon entering any building. The hotel facilities were great, and I especially loved the water taxi that took you throughout the resort. The breakfast and lunch options were minimal but served with safety in mind, with no one touching the food except for dessert or fruit on platters that you could take yourself. everyone at the hotel made me feel comfortable and cared for.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We loved everything about our stay at this resort. The front desk staff was accommodating and friendly, even when we arrived late at night. We were able to enjoy the silent party by the pool bar and get food from the 24-hour sports bar. The hotel grounds were incredibly clean and refreshing, and there was a wide range of activities to enjoy, such as the spa and boat rides to our room. The food was amazing, especially at the Poiseidon and Sumptuori restaurants. the experience was fantastic, and we can't wait to come back.
