We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, both in the rooms and throughout the entire hotel. The staff were professional and helpful, always making us feel welcome. The hotel facilities were well maintained and we were impressed by the variety of amenities available. The location was perfect, as it provided easy access to the Xcaret ferry to Isla Mujeres, which we highly recommend for a day trip. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the beach was a major highlight for us.

We had no problem finding parking for our rental car. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the ferries for day trips to nearby islands.
