We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with the rooms and common areas always well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a variety of swimming pools, restaurants, and even a spa and diving center. The location was perfect, with beautiful coral reefs near the beach, making it a great spot for snorkeling and diving. The staff, especially Mr Hussein, Kamal, and Ali, were friendly and attentive, ensuring that we always had a great experience. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide selection of delicious food that was always fresh and beautifully presented.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Muhamad Fathy, Osama, and Ahmed in housekeeping, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is great, with a spacious swimming pool that is easily accessible. The food was delicious and varied, and the sea view from our refurbished room was beautiful. The reception staff, especially Tamer, provided attentive service and went above and beyond to make us happy. the staff at this hotel exceeded our expectations and made our stay enjoyable.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the reception staff. The all-inclusive package catered to everyone, and the food was delicious.

The food at the hotel was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The buffet had an abundance of delicious dishes, including pizza, burgers, grilled salmon and shrimp, steak, roast chicken. The desserts were also outstanding. The staff at the hotel were excellent and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Ahmad at the Coconuts Beach Bar, Saleh in the cleaning department, and all the reception staff were particularly outstanding in their service. The hotel had a beautiful main pool that was clean and massive, with comfortable chairs to relax in. The beach view was stunning and the snorkeling experience was one of the best in this city. The bars were strategically placed around the hotel, making it convenient to get a drink without having to walk far. This hotel was not only family-friendly, with entertainment for kids every night, but also suitable for young adults. Considering the value for price, I would rate this hotel and my experience as a 10/10.
