The transportation services were convenient, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding areas, including a visit to Nine Mile, Bob Marley's place. The location was perfect, with an array of exciting water slides, lazy river, pools, and a stunning infinity-style beach. The staff, especially the butlers Nicholas, Tannisha, Bar Tender Jermaine, Stacia, and Shellion. The fitness team, including Daniel, Darren, Phillip, and Ricardo, were extremely motivating and made our workout sessions enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and the dining room supervisor, Chrisan, exceeded our expectations with her pleasant and accommodating service. this hotel provided us with an unforgettable experience.

I had an amazing time at the hotel. The cleanliness of the grounds was impressive, and the staff at the pool were friendly and engaging. The butler service provided by Paul and Kerice was exceptional - they truly went above and beyond to make my mini birthday vacation one of a kind. The breakfasts were adequate, and the evening entertainment, especially the M Jackson show, was excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with excellent customer service from the butlers, bartenders, and staff members. The scenery was attractive, and the facilities such as the restaurants, beach, and pool area were very good. The lobby area and rooms were also well-maintained. The friendly staff, including the lifeguard and spa staff, provided exceptional service. The waiters at the pool were engaging, polite, and friendly.
Could not be improved in any way: Check-in process, bellhop service, garbage in the bathroom, food portions, pool area renovation, and spa experience.
